Order Accuracy & Quality Check:
To ensure fairness and accuracy, every Mystery Bundle is individually counted, packed, and documented before shipment. We record and verify the contents of each bundle to confirm that the correct quantity of wraps and/or cups is included before the order leaves our studio.
Missing Items Policy:
If you believe items are missing from your Mystery Bundle, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly, a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video is required. The video must clearly show: • The unopened package • The package being opened • All contents being removed and counted. If a packing error is confirmed, we will gladly send any missing items at no additional cost.
