What are cup wraps?
Cup wraps are decorative decals designed to personalize your cups, tumblers, and drinkware with cute and aesthetic designs.
Can I use the wraps on cups that are not 16 oz?
Our wraps are best suited for 16-oz cups, but you may apply them to other cup sizes at your own discretion.
Please note that sizing, placement, and fit may vary when used on non-16 oz cups. We are not responsible for application issues, sizing concerns, or fit-related complaints when the decal is applied to a cup size it was not designed for. Refunds or replacements will not be offered for these cases.
Can you make pre-made cups with my chosen design?
Yes! We may offer pre-made cups featuring your selected design, depending on availability. Feel free to contact us before placing your order for more details.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We accept select custom orders for special occasions such as birthdays, weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, business events, giveaways, party favors, and other celebrations.
Simply send us your design, and we’ll do our best to work with you. Minor revisions or adjustments may be suggested if needed and if permitted.
Please note that we do not accept rush custom orders at this time. Lead times are approximately 30–60 days AFTER the design has been approved, not from the date the order was placed.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All orders are considered final sale. Please visit our Refunds & Returns page for complete details regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Tracking details will be sent to the email provided at checkout once your order has been shipped.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes to the shipping address.
