Orders are processed within 2-4 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, bazzoü is not responsible for delays, lost packages, incorrect delivery due to an incorrect shipping address, and lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Refunds & Returns

 

All orders placed with bazzoü are considered FINAL SALE.

Due to the nature and pricing of our products, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and include clear photos or videos of the item and packaging upon arrival.

Refunds or replacements are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are only granted in situations where the issue is verified.

To help maintain transparency and quality control, photos/ videos of orders' preparation and packing may be documented before being handed to the shipping carrier.

Refunds or replacements will not be granted for:

    • Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
    • Minor color differences caused by screen settings or lighting
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Issues caused by improper handling, application, or misuse
    • Change of mind after purchase

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
